If you placed your order via your MONREALE Parfums account, log in to your account then click on “My orders”. You will then be able to follow the status of your order.

If you placed your order as a guest, please track the progress of your delivery using the tracking number provided in the Order Confirmation email.

If you do not receive your package within 5 to 7 working days, after receiving the email confirming the shipment of your order, please contact our customer service. Our advisors will be delighted to guide you.

After placing your order, allow a few minutes for the order summary to arrive. Kindly check your “Spam” inbox as well, as the email may be routed there based on your email settings.
